QESCO Jobs 2026: 2,798 Posts in Balochistan, Every Post, Qualification and Last Date 14 November

QESCO has advertised 2,798 jobs on the National Jobs Portal (njp.gov.pk), and the last date to apply is 14 November 2026. All 46 posts are contract jobs for Balochistan domicile holders up to 35 years old, from sweeper in BPS-01 to accounts assistant in BPS-15. The biggest single post is assistant lineman, with 826 seats for Matric pass candidates.

The Quetta Electric Supply Company posted the listings on 30 October 2026 under the federal "Balochistan Employment Initiative". We read every one of the 46 QESCO listings on the portal on 31 October 2026 and copied the seats and qualifications into the table below. Pick your row by your education, then apply online.

QESCO has 2,798 posts open until 14 November 2026

QESCO's 46 listings add up to 2,798 vacancies, all on contract, all with a maximum age of 35 and a last date of 14 November 2026. The job location on each listing reads "Anywhere in Balochistan". Applications go only through njp.gov.pk.

That is the largest single block in the whole Balochistan drive. Across 55 federal departments, the portal lists 4,599 Balochistan-only posts, and QESCO alone is 61 per cent of them. The other Balochistan federal jobs on NJP range from Pakistan Railways to the Navy.

Most of these posts do not ask for experience. We counted 2,398 seats marked "Fresh (No exp)". So a young Matric pass candidate with a Balochistan domicile has more than a thousand seats to aim at.

Every QESCO post, its grade, seats and qualification

The table lists all 46 QESCO posts as the portal shows them. Assistant lineman (826), ASSA GSO (227), vehicle driver (226) and bill distributor (158) are the four biggest. Clerks, commercial assistants and line superintendents make up most of the higher grades.

The qualifications above are shortened from each listing. Read the full text on the portal before you apply, especially for the diploma posts, where the grade or division matters. A Line Superintendent-II listing, for example, asks for a first division DAE.

Matric pass candidates have the most QESCO seats

Posts in BPS-05 alone add up to 922 seats, mostly assistant lineman. Grades BPS-01 to BPS-05 together hold 1,308 seats. The higher grades, BPS-14 and BPS-15, hold 574 seats and mostly need a diploma or a degree.

These groups are our own reading of the qualification lines, so a few posts could fit two rows. Some Matric posts, such as crane operator and T.W.O, also ask for years of experience. The 226 vehicle driver seats are left out of the table, because they need a licence and five years of driving after it, not just Matric. With them, the six rows add up to all 2,798 seats.

How to apply for QESCO jobs online

QESCO takes these applications on the National Jobs Portal, not on paper. You sign up with your CNIC and email, build your CV on the portal, then press Apply on each QESCO listing you qualify for. The portal says there is no fee.

1. Open njp.gov.pk, press Sign Up and choose Candidate Signup.
2. Enter your CNIC, email and a password, and verify the email.
3. Fill your CV with your Balochistan domicile, education and any experience.
4. Open Balochistan Jobs and search for QESCO.
5. Open the post, check the qualification and age, and press Apply by 14 November.

If your diploma or degree is missing from the drop-down list while applying on the National Jobs Portal, raise a ticket from the education section of your CV, and do it early. Drivers should keep a valid licence ready; Quetta candidates can check theirs with the Balochistan driving licence verification by CNIC.

QESCO jobs need a Balochistan domicile and are on contract

Every QESCO listing is tagged "Balochistan Domicile Required" and "Contract". The maximum age shown is 35 years for all 46 posts. The listings do not say how long the contract runs or what the pay is, so do not believe anyone who quotes a salary as official.

The listings give a contact email, chr@qesco.com.pk, and a Quetta landline, 081-9203949, for questions. QESCO's own website did not open for us, so we could not check for a separate advert there.
