People searching for Sindh Rangers jobs usually want one thing: a working "apply online" link. We checked every address we could find on 29 September 2026. The official portal sits on a .gov.pk subdomain, join.pakistanrangerssindh.gov.pk. It was live in March 2026, and an archived copy of its notice ticker read: "Registration will remain open until 29 March 2026."
That window has passed. So any page telling you to "apply today" for Sindh Rangers is either old or fake. Here is how the portal works, who can apply, and how to spot the scams while you wait for the next notice.
Sindh Rangers recruitment status in September 2026
No Sindh Rangers intake is open on 29 September 2026. The last online registration, titled "Recruitment 2026" on the official portal, closed on 29 March 2026. The portal itself was unreachable when we tested it, which usually means no round is running.

We tested the portal from Pakistan and through an outside server. Both attempts failed to connect. A down portal is not proof that the force has stopped hiring. It only means you cannot register today, and nobody else can either.
If you only need an open Rangers window right now, the Punjab wing ran its own 2026 round. Punjab Rangers jobs took Lady Rangers in person in Bahawalpur until 2 October 2026, and seats there include quotas for Sindh urban and Sindh rural candidates.
How the Sindh Rangers online portal works
The portal is a simple account system. You create an account with your full name and your 13 digit CNIC, set a password, and then sign in with that CNIC as your username. The application form sits behind the login.
We read the portal's archived sign-up and sign-in pages from March 2026. The sign-up page is headed "Pakistan Rangers (Sindh), Recruitment 2026". It asks for three things: full name, CNIC and a password. The CNIC must be exactly 13 digits, typed without dashes. The page says, "Your CNIC will be used as your login username."
- Open join.pakistanrangerssindh.gov.pk and tap "Register here".
- Enter your full name as it appears on your CNIC.
- Type your 13 digit CNIC with no dashes, for example 4210112345671.
- Create a password and write it somewhere safe.
- Sign in with your CNIC and password, then fill in the form and save your record.
The sign-in page also carries a "Notice" ticker and an "Advertisements" panel in English and Urdu. That is where the force posted its dates in March. When the next round opens, check those two boxes first.
One practical point. Your CNIC is your username, so a typo at sign-up locks you out of your own record. Check the number twice. If you are unsure of the details NADRA holds for you, checking your CNIC details before you register saves a wasted trip later.
Eligibility for Sindh Rangers jobs
Pakistan Rangers recruit under the Pakistan Rangers Recruitment Rules 1968. The Punjab wing's official page lists the usual standard: age 18 to 25, height 5 feet 6 inches, chest 33 inches with 1.5 inch expansion, and middle pass for Sepoy.
We could not read the Sindh 2026 advertisement itself, because the portal is offline and the main site is blank. So treat the Sindh figures below as the general Rangers standard, not the final word for the next Sindh notice.

Job listings for the March 2026 Sindh round reported an age limit of 18 to 30. That matches how the Punjab wing's 2026 notice worked: 18 to 30 once the government's 5 year relaxation is included. It is likely, but we have not seen it on a Sindh Rangers page, so we say "reported".
Height and chest carry more weight than people expect. The standard is 5 feet 6 inches for men, and taller candidates get preference. Measure yourself honestly before you pay for travel to a test centre.
Documents to keep ready
- Your NADRA CNIC, with the same name and date of birth as your certificates.
- Your Sindh domicile or PRC. A domicile certificate comes from your district office and can take weeks.
- Educational certificates, from middle up to your highest pass.
- Recent passport size photographs.
- A No Objection Certificate from your department, if you already hold a government job.
Scam warning for Sindh Rangers jobs
Only a .gov.pk address belongs to Pakistan Rangers (Sindh). Rangers jobs are not sold. The Punjab wing's 2026 notice asks candidates to report anyone who promises selection or asks for money. Never type your CNIC on any address that does not end in .gov.pk.
Web searches for "Sindh Rangers online apply" return look-alike sites. Some use the words "join" and "Sindh Rangers" in a .com.pk address. None of them is the force. They copy the March dates, show a form, and collect CNIC numbers and phone numbers.
The old address pakistanrangerssindh.org shows the risk. An archived copy from 2022 shows a Rangers themed website there. By April 2024 the same address carried an Indonesian gambling page. On 29 September 2026 it showed a domain parking page. Anyone who saved that bookmark years ago is now sent somewhere else.
Real Rangers notices do not ask for a "registration fee" by mobile wallet. They do not promise seats through a contact. If somebody offers either, it is a scam. Report fraud over the phone or online to the FIA online complaint system.
Other forces open while Sindh Rangers is closed
If you want a uniformed job this year, other forces run their own rounds. The Pak Army, Pakistan Navy and Airports Security Force each recruit through separate official portals with their own dates and age limits.
The Pak Army online registration is an officer route with higher education limits. ASF jobs cover airport security posts across the country, including Karachi. For civil posts in the province, the PMS Sindh 2026 exam runs through the Sindh Public Service Commission.
Use the gap well. Fix any mismatch between your CNIC and your certificates. Get your domicile. Start running now, because the physical test is where most Rangers candidates drop out.
