New UAE Labour Hiring Procedure:
The new process is now can only be initiate by an Emirati employer (a UAE national). That means no middlemen or an agents needed on your end.
- The employer applies on your behalf.
- But first, you (the worker) must submit your entry pass through UAE official online portal.
- Fill in the required details (your work intentions, field of interest, duration of stay etc)
- The UAE ministry reviews your application and once approved, your worker ID is uploaded to the portal.
After that, it s all in the employers hands, they will:
- Pay federal charges
- Arrange your insurance or bank guarantee
- Provide your job offer letter

New Skilled Worker UAE Visa Procedure?
If you fall under skilled labour, there’s an extra verification step.
- The ministry will confirm your qualifications.
- This takes around 2 weeks.
- Skilled labour is defined by a minimum salary of 4000 AED (approx. 300,000 PKR).
