We pulled Ufone's own booth locator on 4 November 2026. The full list with addresses and hours is below. Ufone's FAQ on the same page says there are 38 booths, so four are either missing from the locator or no longer running. Ufone asks you to call 333 from a Ufone number and confirm a booth is working before you go.
34 booths in seven cities, most of them in Lahore and Karachi
A Self Service Booth is a machine that works like an ATM for your SIM. Ufone calls it a "virtual teller machine". Most booths sit inside PTCL and Ufone joint shops or telephone exchanges, which is why so many addresses name an exchange.

Nine things you can do at a Ufone booth
Ufone says a booth can do all the activities a Ufone sale and service centre can do. Its feature list names these nine. Note that the new SIM option is for prepaid only.
- Replace an eSIM.
- Buy a new prepaid SIM.
- Change a SIM, for a lost or damaged card.
- Pay a postpaid bill or recharge a prepaid number.
- Load a Super Card.
- Pay a PTCL bill or recharge PTCL Evo.
- Redo biometric verification on your number.
- Talk to Ufone staff through video support.
- Book a Daewoo bus ticket.
The eSIM option is useful at night. Ufone's eSIM guide covers the Rs 1,500 price and the activation steps after you get the QR code. For a SIM that was lost, our guide on getting a Ufone duplicate SIM explains what to bring.

Cash only, change given, and no fee for using the booth
Ufone's FAQ says using the booth is free. You pay only for what you buy, such as a SIM, a bill or a recharge. The booth takes cash only for now, and Ufone says card payment "will be available soon". It has a money dispenser, so it gives back change.
Take your original CNIC for anything that needs a thumbprint: a new SIM, a SIM change, an eSIM or reverification. The SIM must be registered in your name. A booth cannot help with a SIM registered to someone else.
Before you go, call 333 and check the booth is working
Ufone's booth page and its office page both ask customers to call 333 from a Ufone number and confirm the exact status before visiting. That matters at night, when the shop around a 24/7 booth may be closed and nobody is there to help.
- Call 333 from your Ufone number, or 033-11-333-100 from another network.
- Ask if the booth you plan to use is working and open.
- Carry exact cash where you can, in case the change dispenser is empty.
- Keep the receipt or SMS for any payment or SIM change.
Other contacts are in our Ufone helpline guide.
