Zong Monthly Pro, Pro Max and Digital Max Bundles Compared in Pakistan: Rs 2,300 to Rs 2,800
Compare Zong monthly bundles: Pro Rs 2,300 for 50 GB, Digital Max Rs 2,600 for 100 GB, Pro Max Rs 2,700 for 200 GB. See codes, extras and cost per GB.

Zong sells five big monthly bundles between Rs 2,300 and Rs 2,800. Monthly Pro gives 50 GB for Rs 2,300. Pro Max Basic gives 200 GB for Rs 2,700. Digital Max Basic gives 100 GB for Rs 2,600. All five give 10,000 or 20,000 Zong minutes and the same number of SMS.
These bundles are hard to compare on the Zong site, because each sits on its own page with its own code. We opened all five pages on 15 October 2026, along with the Monthly Pro Max Basic page, and put the numbers side by side. Zong lists these as consumer prices and says taxes and price may vary by subscriber location.
The five bundles differ most in data, not in price
The price range is only Rs 500, from Rs 2,300 to Rs 2,800. The data range is 50 GB to 200 GB. That means the cheapest bundle is not the best value, and the dearest one is not far above the rest.
| Bundle | Price | Data | Zong minutes | Other network minutes | SMS | Dial |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Monthly Pro | Rs 2,300 | 50 GB | 10,000 | 600 | 10,000 | *7088# |
| Digital Max Basic | Rs 2,600 | 100 GB | 10,000 | 1,000 | 10,000 | *7339# |
| Digital Max Plus | Rs 2,700 | 100 GB | 10,000 | 1,000 | 10,000 | *7333# |
| Pro Max Basic | Rs 2,700 | 200 GB | 20,000 | 2,000 | 20,000 | *7340# |
| Pro Max Plus | Rs 2,800 | 200 GB | 20,000 | 2,000 | 20,000 | *7331# |
Each bundle is monthly, available across Pakistan and does not renew by itself. Postpaid and mobile broadband SIMs cannot subscribe. If you subscribe twice, Zong says you are charged twice.

Pro Max Basic is the lowest price for each GB at about Rs 13.50
Divide each price by its data. Pro Max Basic is about Rs 13.50 for each GB. Pro Max Plus is Rs 14. Digital Max Basic is Rs 26 and Digital Max Plus is Rs 27. Monthly Pro is Rs 46. These are our sums, not Zong figures.
The result is clear. Rs 400 more than Monthly Pro buys four times the data, more than three times the other network minutes, and double the Zong minutes. Unless you truly use under 50 GB and few calls, Monthly Pro is the weakest value on the list. For a lighter plan, a Zong monthly internet package without calls costs far less.

The Plus versions add a month of free extras for Rs 100
Pro Max Plus costs Rs 100 more than Pro Max Basic. For that Zong adds one month of Golootlo, Zong TV and mobile insurance. Digital Max Plus costs Rs 100 more than Digital Max Basic and adds Golootlo and mobile insurance.
Zong's pages say the insurance covers theft or screen damage for one month. The Digital Max Basic page also mentions a partner for free monthly insurance. The terms of the cover are on a separate page we did not open, so we do not know the limits. Zong says your phone model, IMEI, city and number are used for the insurance profile. If that data use bothers you, take the Basic version.
- Choose Pro Max Basic if you want the most data for the lowest price for each GB.
- Choose Pro Max Plus only if you will use Zong TV or the insurance.
- Choose Digital Max Basic if 100 GB is enough and you want to spend under Rs 2,700.
Subscribe with the bundle code or an SMS to 6464
Each bundle has its own code and SMS keyword. Dial the code from the Zong SIM and confirm. You can also dial *6464# or send the keyword to 6464. Keep the confirmation message with the price and date.
- Pick the bundle that matches the data you use in a month.
- Dial its code, for example *7340# for Pro Max Basic.
- Or send the keyword to 6464, for example "sub mpmb".
- Read the confirmation text and save it.
- Check the balance a day later against the table above.
The SMS keywords are: sub mpp for Monthly Pro, sub mpmb for Pro Max Basic, sub mpm for Pro Max Plus, sub mdmb for Digital Max Basic and sub mdm for Digital Max Plus. To stop a bundle, dial *6464# or send the matching word with "unsub" to 6464. Monthly Pro also lists *7088# for both. The wider list of codes sits in stopping Zong packages and services.

What to check before paying more than Rs 2,000 for a bundle
A Rs 2,700 bundle is a big spend for most homes. Check your real usage first. Open the data usage screen on your phone for the last three months and use the average, not the best month. If 200 GB is more than you use, the Pro Max price is wasted.
Taxes matter too. Zong's other pages state that advance income tax of 15 per cent applies on recharge. A Rs 2,800 recharge may therefore cost more than the list price. We did not buy a bundle, so we cannot give a tax-inclusive figure. After you subscribe, check remaining Zong MBs and minutes to confirm the right allowance arrived. If the balance is wrong, use the PTA telecom complaint guide.

How we verified this
What we checked, where we read it, and what we could not confirm.
Last checked 15 October 2026. Prices, data, minutes, codes, keywords and extras come from the five bundle pages at zong.com.pk, which we opened on 15 October 2026. Cost for each GB is our arithmetic. The tax comment comes from Zong's weekly social offer page. We did not buy a bundle or open the insurance terms. Zong can change prices without notice, so confirm on your phone before you pay.
