Above Rs 10 million the rate is 9.50%. Its best term deposit, Behtar Munafa, pays 10.50% at maturity for 1 year, and the rates on its term deposits did not change.
We read Allied Bank's "Projected Rates of Profit for the month of November 2026", effective 1 November 2026, and the October sheet, both PDFs on abl.com, on 4 November 2026. Rates are yearly, before tax and Zakat, and the bank calls them projected. Below is every rate a personal customer is likely to need, in tables.
Allied Bank savings accounts pay 10.50% from November 2026
Allied Bank raised its main savings rate from 10.00% to 10.50% on balances up to Rs 10 million from 1 November 2026. Every tier above Rs 10 million stays at 9.50%. The rise follows SBP's policy rate increase to 12% on 27 October 2026.
| Allied Bank account | Up to Rs 10 million | Above Rs 10 million |
|---|---|---|
| PLS Savings | 10.50% | 9.50% |
| Allied Asaan Saving, all variants | 10.50% | 9.50% |
| Allied Senior Citizen | 10.50% | 9.50% |
| Allied Khanum | 10.50% | 9.50% |
| Salary Management Savings | 10.50% | 9.50% |
| Allied Freelancer Saving | 10.50% | 9.50% |
| Roshan Digital Account, rupee | 10.50% | 9.50% |
| Allied Rising Star, under 18 | 10.50% | 9.50% |
| Platinum Rewarding Profit, individuals | 10.50% | 9.50% |
Why 10.50%? SBP's rule says banks must pay at least 0.50 percentage points below the SBP repo floor on rupee savings, from the first day of the following month. With the policy rate at 12%, the floor is 11%, so the minimum became 10.50% from 1 November. We explain it in the SBP minimum savings rate rule.

Behtar Munafa pays up to 10.50% on a 1 year deposit
Behtar Munafa is Allied Bank's highest paying term deposit for ordinary savers. For deposits up to Rs 500 million, a 1 year deposit pays 10.50% at maturity or 10.00% with monthly profit. Longer terms pay less, so 3 years pays 9.00% at maturity and 5 years 9.25%.
| Behtar Munafa, up to Rs 500 million | Monthly profit | Profit at maturity |
|---|---|---|
| 1 month | Not offered | 10.00% |
| 3 months | 9.40% | 9.50% |
| 6 months | 9.55% | 9.75% |
| 1 year | 10.00% | 10.50% |
| 3 years | 7.95% | 9.00% |
| 5 years | 7.60% | 9.25% |
These are the same rates as October. Banks often hold term deposit rates for a month after a policy change, so check the December sheet before you lock in for 3 or 5 years.

Allied Term Plus and Express Plus pay 8% to 9.50%
Allied Bank's other term deposits pay less than Behtar Munafa. Allied Term Plus pays 8.50% at maturity for 1 year, and Allied Express Plus 1 pays 9.50%. The Allied Advance Profit Plus Payment pays Rs 7,660 upfront on Rs 100,000 for 12 months.
| Term | Term Plus, monthly | Term Plus, maturity | Express Plus 1, monthly | Express Plus 1, maturity |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 month | Not offered | 8.00% | Not offered | 9.00% |
| 3 months | 7.95% | 8.00% | 8.90% | 9.00% |
| 6 months | 8.10% | 8.25% | 9.05% | 9.25% |
| 1 year | 8.20% | 8.50% | 9.10% | 9.50% |
| 3 years | 7.15% | 8.00% | Not listed | Not listed |
| 5 years | 6.55% | 7.75% | Not listed | Not listed |
| 10 years | 5.10% | 6.75% | Not listed | Not listed |
Rs 7,660 upfront on Rs 100,000 is 7.66% for the year, and you receive it on day one. That is well below Behtar Munafa's 10.50% at maturity, so the advance product only suits someone who needs the cash immediately.
Allied Bank pays 1.75% on US dollar savings
Allied Bank's foreign currency savings accounts pay 1.75% on US dollars in November 2026, at every balance tier. Euro and pound savings pay 0.00%. Roshan Digital foreign currency accounts are listed with the same savings rates.
The sheet also lists foreign currency term deposits for 3, 6 and 12 months, but its columns do not line up clearly enough for us to quote them safely. Ask the branch for the US dollar term rate on your amount. For a wider view across banks, see Roshan Digital Account profit rates for November 2026.
How to choose between Allied savings and a term deposit
Savings at 10.50% now pay the same as Behtar Munafa for 1 year and more than every other Allied term product. You can withdraw from savings at any time. So for most people, the savings account is the better home for money up to Rs 10 million.
- Keep money you may need within a year in PLS Savings or Asaan Saving at 10.50%.
- If your balance is above Rs 10 million, compare Behtar Munafa 1 year at 10.50% with the 9.50% savings rate on the excess.
- Avoid 3, 5 and 10 year terms at today's rates unless you want a fixed rate if rates fall.
- Check the withholding tax the bank will deduct, which is higher for non-filers.
- Check the new sheet on abl.com at the start of each month.
Breaking a term deposit early usually cuts the profit, as we explain in breaking a fixed deposit early at Allied and HBL. National Savings currently pays more on some certificates, as shown in our National Savings rates from 21 October 2026.

How we verified this
What we checked, where we read it, and what we could not confirm.
We read Allied Bank's Projected Rates of Profit for November 2026 and for October 2026 on 4 November 2026. Term deposit columns in the PDF are offset, and we matched each rate to its tenor using the October sheet, which carries identical figures. Rs 875 is our arithmetic. We did not read the withholding tax rate on FBR pages today, so we do not state it; see our guide to tax on bank profit.
