  2. Enter PLATE NUMBER of the vehicle.
  3. Enter CNIC if you are the owner of vehicle, or CHASSIS Number if you are not.
  4. Click on  “I’m not a robot” captcha.
  5. Click on SEARCH.
  6. A table will appear with available status of Challan, Paid or Unpaid
  7. Click the green icon below “PRINT” to view challen.
  8. Click on DOWNLOAD.

After downloading, you can view Challan and check details. Always check DUE DATE and PAYMENT on the upper right corner of Challan to avoid penalties.

2. Through ePay Punjab app

  1. Download ePay Punjab app.
  2. Create account by clicking REGISTER.
  3. Enter required information. You will receive an email with activation link.
  4. Once registered, enter mobile number and password to log in.
  5. On the right side of Home, Look for E-CHALLAN (safe city).
  6. Enter PLATE NUMBER of the vehicle.
  7. Enter CNIC if you are the owner, or CHASSIS if you are not.
  8. Click on SEARCH.
  9. You will see details of every challan pending. Click on GENERATE CHALLAN to get a copy.

3. Through Emergency Helpline without Internet

  • Dial Police Helpline number 15.
  • Once you hear automated instructions, dial 6.
  • You will get connected to a Punjab Safety City Authority representative.
  • Convey to them that you want information regarding the number of challans on your vehicle
  • Provide them with your PLATE NUMBER.
  • You will be informed how many challans you have pending.
  • To get further details on them visit PSCA portal or ePay Punjab app.

How to Pay Challen Online (Step by Step)

Once you have successfully generated the challan through above steps, pay it online to avoid penalties.

1. Through ePay Punjab app

    1. After generating traffic challan in ePay app, click on the green PAY NOW icon.
    2. You will get multiple options. Select the one that suits you best.
    3. Enter your payment details 
    4. Click on Proceed to pay.

    2. Through your banking app

    Pay through easypaisa and jazzcash

    You could also pay your challan through any online transaction service of your choice.

    • Copy 17 digit PSID number provided when you generate challan in the ePay Punjab app.
    • Open banking app.
    • Go to Government Fees.
    • Find and click Punjab e-Challan.
    • Paste PSID number.
    • Pay challen.

    How to Pay Challen Offline

    If online methods not working, PSCA offersto pay challan in person.

    • Visit PSCA Portal
    • Enter PLATE NUMBER and CNIC.
    • Downloading copy of challan, get it printed.
    • Visit any branch of NATIONAL BANK or BANK OF PUNJAB to pay it.

    Can I check someone else challan using plate number?

    Yes, you can check using plate and chassis number. CNIC is optional but helpful if you are the owner.

    How to remove wrong E-CHALLAN?

    Email copy of challan at etclhr@psca.gop.pk. A representative will recheck the details and challan will be removed in case of mistake.

    How to pay E-CHALLAN if due date has passed?
