FESCO's billing schedule for November 2026 puts meter reading for batch 01 on 3 November with a due date of 23 November, and the last batches are read on 3 December with due dates up to 18 December. Find your batch in the first two digits of your 14-digit reference number, then read your dates from the table below.

FESCO, the Faisalabad Electric Supply Company, publishes a "Meter Reading and Billing Schedule" each month on its Customer Services page. We downloaded the November 2026 file on 6 November 2026 and read every row. It covers batches 01 to 22 and batches 24, 27, 28, 29 and 30. Batches 23, 25 and 26 do not appear in the file.

Your batch is the first two digits of your reference number

A FESCO reference number has 14 digits. FESCO's own published consumer lists split it into three parts: the batch, the sub-division code and the consumer number. For example, a reference number starting 03 13121 belongs to batch 03 in sub-division 13121.

Part of the reference numberDigitsExample
BatchFirst 203
Sub-division codeNext 513121
Consumer numberLast 71592910

NEPRA's Consumer Service Manual explains why this matters. It says the consumers of each sub-division are divided into batches, and the reading programme is set so that a batch is "normally read on the same dates each month". So your batch tells you roughly when the reader comes every month. If you do not have your reference number, our FESCO bill check guide shows where to find it.

The due dates are the "grace date for payment (private)" column. FESCO's file has a separate column for government accounts, which we have not listed. If your bill shows a different due date, the date printed on your bill is the one that counts.

Bills land about 12 days before the due date

For most batches the gap between the issue date and the due date is about 10 to 12 days. Batch 01 bills go out on 11 November and fall due on 23 November. FESCO's own FAQ says consumers get 7 days to deposit the bill.

NEPRA's Consumer Service Manual sets the outer limits. It says the due date shall be within 15 days of the issue date, and that consumers "will have clear seven (7) days from the date of actual delivery" of the bill to pay.

If your bill reaches you late, you have a remedy. NEPRA's Consumer Service Manual says that where delivery of bills is delayed and consumers do not get seven clear days to pay, the DISCO's competent officer can extend the due date without the late payment surcharge. The same manual says a due date that falls on a holiday moves to the next working day. Our guide to the late payment surcharge explains the charge you avoid.

Use the reading date to check your units

Knowing your reading date helps in three ways.

  1. Note your meter reading yourself on the reading date in the table.
  2. When the bill arrives, compare the present reading on the bill with your note.
  3. If the bill covers more than about 30 days, check whether the units were billed pro rata. Our page on 33-day bills and pro rata slabs explains the rule.
  4. If the reading is wrong, report it to your FESCO sub-division or revenue office, which FESCO's FAQ names as the place to correct a bill.
  5. Keep a dated photo of the meter as evidence.

A reading taken late can push you into a higher slab. If you are a protected consumer near the 200-unit line, reading dates matter even more. See our guide to the 200-unit protected rule.

Where to find next month's FESCO schedule

FESCO posts the file under Customer Services, Bills and Schedules, as "Billing Schedule for November-2026". The December file should appear in the same place. FESCO also lists a bill estimator, duplicate bills and a customer bill correction link on that page. For a complaint about your bill, call 118 or use our FESCO complaint numbers.
