Check your Kia delivery status in Pakistan with your PBO number and an OTP. See each field, why bookings are not found, the PBO month rule and who to call.
You can check your Kia delivery status online in Pakistan on the Lucky Motor Corporation delivery tracking page: type your PBO number without the leading zeros, enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile, and the page shows your booking's live status, variant and estimated delivery. Below is what each step needs, what to do when the OTP never comes, and who to call when the date slips.
A booked car is a lot of money sitting in someone else's account. Kia buyers in Pakistan book through a PBO, the provisional booking order, and that number is the key to every status check. We read Kia's delivery tracking page and its price list page on 31 October 2026.
The Kia tracker needs only your PBO number and a phone OTP
Kia's tracker asks for the PBO number, typed without preceding zeros. If a booking is found, it sends a one time password to the mobile number registered on the booking. After the OTP, it shows the status, the variant and the estimated delivery.
So the tracker has two gates. The first is the PBO number printed on your booking order. The second is the phone you gave the dealer. If either is wrong, the page stops.

How to check Kia delivery status online, step by step
The whole check takes about a minute if you have the PBO form and the registered phone in hand. Keep both with you before you start.
- Open the delivery tracking page on kia-luckymotorcorp.com, under Services.
- Type the PBO number without any zeros at the start. So 000123456 becomes 123456.
- Press Continue. The page should say Booking Found.
- Enter the OTP that arrives by SMS on your registered mobile number.
- Read the live status, variant and estimated delivery, and take a screenshot.
- Use Track Another Booking if your family has more than one order.
Take the screenshot every time. If the estimate later moves, a dated record of what the page showed is the only proof you will have.
The OTP goes to the number on your booking, not your current phone
Kia sends the OTP to the mobile number registered on the booking. If you changed your SIM, or the dealer typed a relative's number, the code goes there. Only the dealership can correct that number on the booking.
Most failed checks come from one of three things. Here they are with the fix for each.

The PBO month is the only delivery date Kia stands behind
Kia's terms say the tentative delivery month written on the PBO is the only valid reference point for deliveries. The tracker's estimate is described as indicative. So when the two differ, your PBO form is the document that counts.
The tracker's own disclaimer says the information is given as is, may change without notice, and depends on stock at dealerships. It tells users to visit or call the dealership before making any decision. That is honest, and it also means a screen estimate is not a promise.
Kia's price page adds two more rules every buyer should know. A booking is only confirmed with a system generated, signed PBO. And ex-factory prices exclude withholding tax, freight and insurance. Pay Kia only into the company account, never a dealer's
Kia says all payments must go into Lucky Motor Corporation's dedicated bank accounts, through dealership channels, in the company's name on account of the customer. It says it is not responsible for money paid to an individual or a dealership's own account.
That one line protects you more than any tracker. Before transferring a booking amount, check that the beneficiary is Lucky Motor Corporation, with your name in the reference. If a salesperson asks for a personal account, an easier delivery slot or cash, walk away.

Who to contact when a Kia delivery is late
Start with your dealership, because Kia's own page points there for the latest stock. If that fails, Kia lists UAN 021-111-111-542, the company line 021-111-115-625, and the email customerfeedback.kia@luckymotorcorp.com, plus an online feedback form.
Put your PBO number, CNIC and the screenshot of the tracker in the first message. The booking number is how the company finds your order, so never leave it out.
