Petrol falls to Rs 346 and diesel to Rs 378 in Pakistan on 7 November 2026, down Rs 31.91 and Rs 24.96 since 31 October. See why, the rounding and fill costs.

Short answer: Petrol costs Rs 346 a litre in Pakistan on Saturday, 7 November 2026. That is Rs 6.59 less than on 6 November and Rs 31.91 less than on 31 October. High speed diesel is Rs 378 a litre, down Rs 4.25 in a day and Rs 24.96 since 31 October.
These are the figures on the daily sheet of the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA), "Effective November 07, 2026, 00:00 hours". OGRA is the regulator that works out the price each day. We read the sheet line by line and compared it with the sheet for 6 November. This is the fifth cut in a row for both fuels. There is also something new on the sheet: both prices are now rounded to a whole rupee.
Petrol falls to Rs 346 and diesel to Rs 378
Petrol fell Rs 6.59 on this sheet and diesel Rs 4.25. Both cuts are smaller than the day before, when petrol fell Rs 9.41 and diesel Rs 5.56. Petrol has now lost Rs 31.91 a litre in five sheets.

Yesterday's figures are in the 6 November petrol price. The 31 October prices are the starting point for this fall, and every earlier October price is in the October list of OGRA daily prices.
OGRA's sheet now rounds both prices to a whole rupee
The sheet for 7 November has a line that the 6 November sheet did not have: "Rounding-off Adjustment". Petrol works out at Rs 346.23 and is rounded down by Rs 0.23. Diesel works out at Rs 377.81 and is rounded up by Rs 0.19. OGRA's sheet does not explain the change, and we found no notice about it.

For a driver, the effect is small: Rs 2.30 less on 10 litres of petrol, and Rs 1.90 more on 10 litres of diesel. Levies and customs together are Rs 96.33 on a litre of petrol and Rs 100.68 on diesel. The full picture is in the tax in your petrol bill.
Petrol fell because the Gulf average dropped by $4.02
Petrol follows the Arab Gulf price for 92 RON petrol, and OGRA uses the average of the last seven working days. That average fell from $105.94 a barrel on 6 November to $101.92 on 7 November. The freight premium stayed at $25.67.
- Dollar cost: Gulf petrol $101.92 plus premium $25.67 gave $127.59 a barrel, $4.02 less.
- Landed cost: the cost at Karachi fell from Rs 230.15 to Rs 223.13 a litre, down Rs 7.02.
- Inland freight: the freight margin, which spreads transport costs so the price is the same across the country, rose from Rs 7.51 to Rs 8.17. That took back Rs 0.66.
- Rounding: the sheet's rounding took off another Rs 0.23, so the pump price fell Rs 6.59 in all.
At OGRA's rate of Rs 276.86 to the dollar, $1 a barrel is about Rs 1.74 a litre. So a $4.02 fall is worth about Rs 7 a litre, which matches the landed cost. The oil company margin of Rs 7.87 and the dealer margin of Rs 9.98 did not change. The levy split also stays: Rs 80 a litre in all, of which Rs 65.29 is charged at the pump and Rs 14.71 is paid by refineries.
Diesel fell because Dubai crude dropped by $2.56
Diesel starts from the seven day average of Dubai crude, then adds Saudi Aramco's monthly premium, a fixed freight cost and a fixed diesel "crack", the gap between diesel and crude. Only the Dubai crude line moved.

The cost of diesel at Karachi went from Rs 258.64 to Rs 254.18 a litre. After a Rs 0.02 rise in inland freight and the rounding, the pump price fell Rs 4.25. How the crack works is explained in the diesel price formula. Diesel is now exactly Rs 32 a litre dearer than petrol, the widest gap on any sheet since 31 October.
What a fill costs on 7 November 2026
A 10 litre petrol fill now costs Rs 3,460, which is Rs 65.90 less than on 6 November and Rs 319.10 less than on 31 October. A 50 litre diesel fill costs Rs 18,900, a saving of Rs 1,248 since 31 October. Rs 1,000 now buys 2.89 litres of petrol, up from 2.84 litres.
