Four of the six models show two prices on the site, a higher one and a lower one. We list the lower one as today's offer and give the higher one beside it, because an offer can end without notice. Each model below has its official picture, its price, and the range, speed and charging time Vlektra claims. We have not ridden these bikes, so those numbers are the maker's, not ours.

Every Vlektra model has one price and one job
Vlektra sells six electric motorcycles in Pakistan, priced from Rs 279,000 to Rs 619,000. The cheap Retro suits short city trips. The two Velocity bikes carry the longest claimed range. The Bolt and 1969 are the fastest and cost the most.
Vlektra Retro: Rs 279,000

The Retro is the cheapest Vlektra and the one with the shortest legs. The maker claims 80 km on a charge, 70 km/h and a 10 year battery life. Its model page says 2.5 hours to charge, while the home page says 3 hours. It only makes sense if your daily ride is well under 80 km and you can charge at home every night. The listed price before the offer is Rs 299,000, so the offer saves Rs 20,000.
Vlektra Velocity 180: Rs 339,000

This is the value pick of the range on paper. For Rs 60,000 more than the Retro, the claimed range goes from 80 km to 180 km. Top speed stays at 70 km/h and charging takes 3 hours. Vlektra describes the brakes as a combined system with a front drum and a rear disc. The higher listed price is Rs 369,000, so the offer is worth Rs 30,000.
Vlektra V180SE: Rs 399,000

The V180SE keeps the 180 km claim and raises top speed to 85 km/h. Charging goes up slightly to 3.5 hours. You pay Rs 60,000 more than the Velocity 180 for those extra 15 km/h. That is worth it if you ride on faster roads. It is hard to justify for slow city traffic. The higher listed price is Rs 419,000.
Vlektra Bolt: Rs 549,000

The Bolt is the sport bike in the range. Vlektra claims 105 km/h, 150 km of range and 3.5 hours of charging. It has eco, sport and reverse modes, plus a sound speaker that reacts to acceleration. The offer of Rs 549,000 is Rs 60,000 below the higher listed price of Rs 609,000, the biggest cut in the range.
Vlektra Bolt Dark: Rs 599,000

The Bolt Dark claims the same speed, range and charging time as the Bolt. The page lists a storage compartment built into the tank, with room for the charger. It costs Rs 50,000 more than the Bolt at today's offer price, and no second price is shown. Compare the two in person, because the claimed numbers do not separate them.
Vlektra 1969: Rs 619,000

The 1969 is the old-style bike and the most expensive. The headline claims match the Bolt: 105 km/h, 150 km and 3.5 hours. You are paying for the look. Its page also shows a second set of figures, 75 km/h and 80 to 100 km, under the colour section. Ask the dealer which set applies to the bike you are buying.

Range claims tell you less than the price per kilometre of range
Dividing the offer price by the claimed range shows what each kilometre of range costs you. The Velocity 180 is lowest at about Rs 1,883. The Retro is about Rs 3,488 and the 1969 is about Rs 4,127.
That sum uses Vlektra's own range claims, and real range drops with a heavy rider, a pillion, hills and speed. Treat the figures as a way to compare models, not as a promise. The gap is still large. A Retro buyer pays nearly twice as much per kilometre of range as a Velocity 180 buyer.
Running cost matters too. To see what you would save against petrol, first work out your monthly petrol cost, then ask the dealer for the battery size so you can work out the units a full charge uses.
Buy a Vlektra only after these five checks
Before you pay, confirm the offer price in writing, read the battery warranty terms, and see where charging and service happen in your city. Electric bikes have fewer service points than petrol bikes, so location decides whether ownership is easy.
- Open the model page on vlektra.com and note the price shown that day.
- Book a test ride and try it with your usual load, including a pillion if you carry one.
- Ask for the battery warranty in writing, in years and in kilometres.
- Ask where the nearest service point is, and who repairs the bike if the dealer closes.
- Ask whether the price includes registration and number plates, and get the final figure on the receipt.

Government schemes can change the sum for some buyers
Vlektra's website has its own page for the PAVE scheme, and instalment plans are listed too. Public schemes have their own rules and closing dates, so check that a scheme is open and that you qualify before choosing a model around it.
The federal PAVE electric bike scheme has its own eligibility rules. Students in Punjab should look at the CM Punjab e-bike scheme status instead. Do not assume a discount applies until the scheme itself confirms it. If you would rather compare with Honda's electric scooter, the Honda ICON e is listed at Rs 419,900, with a claimed range of 53 to 65 km.
