Each region has separate electricity provider. Find yours from the list above. If not sure which company serves in the area, look at previous bill for the provider name and logo.
2. Locate “Bill Information” or “Duplicate Bill” Option
On the website, look for:

and Click on it.
3. Enter Reference Number or Customer ID
Enter either 14-digit Reference Number or Customer ID. Both can be found on previous printed bill.
Note: If reference number includes alphabets like “U” or “R”, include those too. Double-check digits, one wrong number will return no result.
4. View and Download Bill
Once submit Reference Number. Digital bill will be generated on screen. Download as a PDF or print hard copy for records. This duplicate is 100% valid and can be used for bill payment at any bank in Pakistan within due date.
