You can check your Jazz call history for free in two ways: tap "View History" in the SIMOSA app, or send "Hi" to Jazz WhatsApp on 0300-3008000 and open "Account Details", then "Call/Recharge History". For a fuller record, a Jazz Experience Centre gives prepaid customers the last 30 days of usage for Rs 100 after a fingerprint check.

We read Jazz's own FAQ page on 4 November 2026 for these routes and charges. People usually want call history for one of three reasons: balance went missing, they need proof for a complaint, or they want to see who called on a day they missed. Each route below suits a different reason, and the table shows which one to pick.

Three Jazz routes to see your call history

Jazz offers three routes for prepaid numbers. The SIMOSA app and Jazz WhatsApp are free and work from your phone. An Experience Centre visit costs Rs 100 and gives the last 30 days. Postpay customers use the SIMOSA app.

Three ways to check Jazz call history: SIMOSA, WhatsApp and an Experience Centre

Jazz does not say on its FAQ how many days the app or WhatsApp route shows. If you only need to know where your balance went in the last few days, our guide to the *7050# usage code covers a shorter, quicker check.

Check Jazz call history in the SIMOSA app

Open SIMOSA, the Jazz app also called Jazz World, and tap "View History". Jazz lists this as free for both prepaid and Postpay numbers. You must be logged in with the Jazz number whose history you want.

  1. Install SIMOSA from the Play Store or App Store if you do not have it.
  2. Log in with your Jazz number, using the code the app sends to it by SMS.
  3. On the home screen, tap "View History".
  4. Look through the entries and note any charge you do not recognise.
  5. Take a screenshot of anything you may need for a complaint.
Steps to check Jazz call history in the SIMOSA app

The login code arrives on the Jazz SIM itself. That is the point. Somebody without your SIM cannot open your history, and you should never read that code out to a caller, even one who says they are from Jazz.

Check Jazz call history on WhatsApp 0300-3008000

Save 0300-3008000 in your contacts and send it "Hi" on WhatsApp. Choose "Account Details", then "Call/Recharge History". Jazz lists this as free. Send the message from the WhatsApp account on your Jazz number, so the history you see is for that number.

This route helps when SIMOSA will not install on an older phone, or when the app keeps logging you out. Jazz runs its WhatsApp self service only from 0300-3008000. A chat from any other number that calls itself Jazz support should be treated as a scam attempt.

The same WhatsApp menu also shows your balance and packages. The full list of Jazz contact routes, including 111 from a Jazz number, is in our Jazz helpline guide.

Get 30 days of Jazz usage details at an Experience Centre

For prepaid numbers, Jazz says an Experience Centre gives the last 30 days of usage details for Rs 100. You must pass a fingerprint check, so the person whose CNIC the SIM is on has to go in person. Jazz does not list this service at franchises.

This is the route to use when you need a record rather than a screenshot. Jazz sets two time limits that make it useful:

  • Service started without your consent: Jazz says a complaint or refund claim must be made within 60 days of activation.
  • Ownership changed without your consent: Jazz says a dispute must be filed within 30 days of the change, with proof.

A 30 day record with dates and charges is the kind of proof those complaints need. Our guide to stopping Jazz services and claiming refunds explains the refund side step by step.

Experience Centres exist in only 8 cities. Check the addresses in our Jazz Experience Centre list before you travel.

You can only see the history of a number on your own CNIC

Every Jazz route checks that you control the number. The app and WhatsApp work from the SIM itself, and the Experience Centre checks the fingerprints of the SIM owner. Jazz offers no route to see somebody else's call history.

That has a practical side. Online ads that offer "call details of any number" for a fee are not Jazz, and we found no Jazz page that offers such a service. Paying them risks your money and, often, your own data.

If you share a SIM that is registered on a family member's CNIC, the history belongs to that SIM. Anyone holding the SIM can see it in SIMOSA. If you want your records private, move the number to your own CNIC. You can see which numbers are on your CNIC with our guide to checking SIMs registered on your CNIC.

Warning that Jazz does not sell call history of other numbers

Common questions

How can I check my Jazz call history for free?

Tap "View History" in the SIMOSA app, or send "Hi" to Jazz WhatsApp on 0300-3008000 and choose Account Details, then Call/Recharge History. Jazz lists both as free.

How do I get 30 days of Jazz call details?

Visit a Jazz Experience Centre with your original CNIC. Jazz says prepaid customers get the last 30 days of usage details for Rs 100 after a fingerprint check.

Can I check the call history of another Jazz number?

No. Jazz's routes work only for the number you hold and the SIM owner's fingerprints. Jazz offers no service to see another person's calls.

Can Postpay customers see their Jazz call history?

Yes. Jazz's FAQ says Postpay customers can tap "View History" in the SIMOSA app, free of cost.

Is there a code to check Jazz call history?

Jazz's FAQ does not list a dial code for call history. It lists the SIMOSA app, WhatsApp and Experience Centres. For recent balance deductions, *7050# shows the last 3 days of usage.

Sources and last checked

On 4 November 2026 we read Jazz's FAQ page, which gives the three usage detail routes, the Rs 100 charge for 30 days at an Experience Centre, the WhatsApp menu path, the 60 day limit for services started without consent and the 30 day limit for ownership disputes. We also read Jazz's Experience Centre page. Jazz does not say how many days the free routes show. We did not test the routes on a Jazz SIM for this article.
