Public Service Commission Jobs Open Now in Pakistan: FPSC, PPSC, KPPSC, SPSC and BPSC Checked on 6 November 2026

On 6 November 2026, only two of Pakistan's five main public service commissions had applications open. SPSC's CCE-2026 closes on 11 November. BPSC has Advertisement No. 09/2026 closing on 11 November and two posts from Advertisement No. 07/2026 extended to 17 November. FPSC, PPSC and KPPSC had no open advertisement at all.

We opened the jobs page of each commission on the afternoon of 6 November 2026 and wrote down exactly what it showed. FPSC is the Federal Public Service Commission. PPSC is Punjab, KPPSC is Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, SPSC is Sindh and BPSC is Balochistan. If you are waiting for a government job, the short answer is this: apply to SPSC or BPSC this week if you qualify, and keep checking the other three.

SPSC CCE-2026 closes on Wednesday 11 November

The Sindh commission's Combined Competitive Examination, CCE-2026, is the biggest open call. It fills Sindh's provincial officer posts. SPSC Advertisement No. 06/2026, dated 23 October, says "Apply online well before 11-11-2026".

That advertisement also changed the rules. The upper age limit is now 33 years, counted on 11 November 2026. Candidates get five attempts, for three years. The screening test pass mark is 33 percent, or 66 marks, with 0.25 marks cut for each wrong answer. Anyone who already applied does not need to apply again.

BPSC has two closing dates, 11 and 17 November

BPSC Consolidated Advertisement No. 09/2026, dated 9 October, offers 250 posts in Balochistan, including Assistant Directors, Sub-Engineers and Computer Operators. Its printed closing date is Wednesday 11 November 2026. Our page on BPSC Advertisement 09/2026 lists every post.

Separately, a BPSC addendum dated 2 November extended the last date to 17 November 2026 for two posts from Advertisement No. 07/2026: Assistant Engineer and Agriculture Officer or Research Officer. Details are in our page on the BPSC extension to 17 November.

One warning. On 6 November, BPSC's jobs page showed the 17 November extension next to the 09/2026 entry. The signed addendum itself names Advertisement No. 07/2026. We follow the signed paper. If you are applying under 09/2026, treat 11 November as your deadline unless BPSC posts a separate extension for it.

FPSC, PPSC and KPPSC are running tests, not taking applications

A closed jobs page does not mean a quiet commission. All three are busy with tests and interviews from earlier advertisements.

PPSC has MCQ tests on 14 and 15 November and a psychological assessment for Assistant Registrar Cooperative Societies on 13 November. It also issued an addendum on 5 November raising the Junior Computer Operator posts at Punjab's disaster management authority from 1 to 4, under Advertisement No. 46/2025. KPPSC is running PMS and AETO assessments and interviews through November. FPSC's latest home page notice is the CE-2026 psychological assessment and viva voce programme of 23 October.

How to catch the next advertisement

Application windows are short. BPSC Advertisement No. 09/2026 runs about a month, from 9 October to 11 November. SPSC Advertisement No. 05/2026 closed on 23 October, about two weeks after we first saw it on 9 October. A routine check is the only reliable method.

1. Bookmark the jobs page of each commission you can apply to.
2. Check them every Monday and Thursday, so a two week window cannot slip past you.
3. Keep your degree, domicile and CNIC scans ready, so you can apply on the first day.
4. Pay the test fee early through PSID or 1Bill, not on the last day.
5. Apply only on the commission's own website, never through an agent.

Not on 6 November 2026. FPSC's general recruitment page said "No active Jobs available in this section".
