JS Bank's schedule of charges for July to December 2026 keeps transfers to other banks free up to Rs 25,000 a month, then charges 0.1% or Rs 200, whichever is lower. Raast is free. Cash from another bank's ATM costs Rs 35, a Gold debit card costs Rs 2,500 a year, and branch SMS alerts cost Rs 1,800 a year. Closing an account is free for every account type.
We read JS Bank's own schedule of charges for July to December 2026 on 8 November 2026. It is a 47 page PDF linked from jsbl.com. Federal excise duty and other government taxes may be added on top of many lines. Below is every fee an ordinary account holder is likely to meet, in plain tables, with the account level waivers left to your branch.
JS Bank IBFT is free up to Rs 25,000 a month and Raast is free
JS Bank charges nothing for interbank fund transfers until your total for the month passes Rs 25,000 per account or wallet. After that each transfer costs 0.1% of the amount or Rs 200, whichever is lower, including taxes. Raast transfers are free at any amount the app allows.
So a Rs 40,000 transfer after the free limit is used costs Rs 40. A Rs 300,000 transfer costs the full Rs 200. The same transfer through Raast costs nothing, which is why we suggest Raast for large amounts. If you have not set one up, see how to create a Raast ID in your bank app.
| Transfer or service | JS Bank charge, July to December 2026 |
|---|---|
| IBFT in app or online, first Rs 25,000 a month | Free |
| IBFT above Rs 25,000 a month | 0.1% or Rs 200, whichever is lower |
| Raast | Free |
| IBFT at the branch counter, up to Rs 500,000 | Rs 200 |
| IBFT at the counter, Rs 500,001 to Rs 1 million | Rs 300 |
| IBFT at the counter, above Rs 1 million | Rs 1,000 |
| RTGS | Nil |
| Mobile and internet banking | Free |
| Standing instruction | Rs 500 per transaction |
The counter is the expensive way to send money. A Rs 600,000 transfer costs Rs 300 at the branch but nothing over Raast. For a side by side view of other banks, see IBFT charges at every bank.

JS Bank debit cards cost Rs 1,500 to Rs 17,000 a year
A JS Bank Mastercard costs Rs 1,000 to issue. The yearly fee is Rs 2,500 for Gold, Rs 3,500 for Titanium, Rs 7,000 for Platinum and Rs 17,000 for World. A PayPak card costs Rs 1,000 to issue and Rs 1,500 a year. Every card also carries a Rs 1,000 yearly chip maintenance charge.
| JS Bank debit card | Annual fee | Supplementary card | Replacement |
|---|---|---|---|
| PayPak | Rs 1,500 | Rs 750 | Rs 1,000 |
| Mastercard Gold | Rs 2,500 | Rs 1,250 | Rs 1,200 |
| Mastercard Titanium | Rs 3,500 | Rs 1,750 | Rs 1,650 |
| Mastercard Platinum | Rs 7,000 | Rs 3,500 | Rs 3,500 |
| Mastercard World | Rs 17,000 | Rs 8,500 | Rs 12,500 |
| Foreign currency card | USD 13 | Not listed | USD 6 |
The schedule also lists a smaller retention fee, from Rs 250 for Gold to Rs 400 for World, for accounts that keep the average balance set in their product terms. Ask the branch which of the two applies to your account. Under SBP rules a bank can charge the annual fee only on a card you have activated, as our guide to the annual fee after activation rule explains.

JS Bank charges Rs 35 for cash at another bank's ATM
Cash from a JS Bank ATM is free. A withdrawal from another bank's ATM costs Rs 35, and a balance check there costs Rs 4.67 without a receipt. Abroad, cash and card purchases cost 4.5% of the amount or Rs 350, whichever is higher.
- Cash withdrawal at a JS Bank ATM: free.
- Cash withdrawal at another bank's ATM: Rs 35, unless your product waives it.
- Balance enquiry at another bank's ATM: Rs 4.67.
- Printed receipt for a withdrawal or balance check: Rs 9.34.
- Mini statement at the ATM: free.
- Card purchase in Pakistan: free.
- Cash or purchase abroad on a rupee card: 4.5% or Rs 350, whichever is higher.
- Foreign currency card abroad: no fee.

A Rs 20,000 purchase abroad costs Rs 900 in fees on a rupee card, because 4.5% beats the Rs 350 floor. Government tax on foreign card spending is separate. Our guide to ATM withdrawals abroad compares other banks and wallets.
Branch SMS alerts cost Rs 1,800 a year at JS Bank
JS Bank charges Rs 1,800 a year, or Rs 150 a month, for SMS alerts on branch and counter activity. SMS alerts on digital transactions are free. So are e-statements, internet banking registration and utility bill payments.
| Branch or account service | JS Bank charge |
|---|---|
| Account closure, on your request | Free for all accounts |
| SMS alerts, branch activity | Rs 1,800 a year or Rs 150 a month |

The Rs 1,325 gap between a pay order against your account and one against cash is the biggest trap here. Deposit the cash first and then ask for the pay order. Read more on pay order charges at other banks.

JS Bank lockers cost Rs 6,000 to Rs 10,000 a year
A small JS Bank locker costs Rs 6,000 a year, a medium Rs 9,000 and a large Rs 10,000. You can pay a security deposit of Rs 50,000, Rs 80,000 or Rs 95,000 instead. A refundable key deposit of Rs 5,000 to Rs 8,000 is also taken.
Late payment adds 10% if the fee is not paid within 30 days of renewal. Breaking a locker costs Rs 6,000 plus actual expenses. Private banking lockers are larger and far dearer, from Rs 16,000 to Rs 30,000 a year.
To check what your own account pays, follow these steps:

- Call JS Bank on 021 or 051 111-654-321 if a fee you were charged is not in the schedule.
- If the bank does not fix it, complain in writing and keep the reference number.
