Short answer: JS Mobile is JS Bank's one app for both mobile and internet banking. Any JS Bank customer with an active account can download it from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store and register with their account details. Under JS Bank's July to December 2026 schedule of charges, the app, internet banking registration, Raast and utility bill payments are free. Interbank transfers are free up to Rs 25,000 a month, then 0.1 per cent or Rs 200, whichever is lower. The 24 hour helpline is 021-111-654-321.

JS Bank merged its internet and mobile banking into a single sign-on app, so one login now works on the phone and on the web. We read the bank's JS Mobile page and its full July to December 2026 schedule of charges on 6 November 2026. This guide covers who can register, what the app does, what each service costs and where to get help.

Who can register for JS Mobile

JS Mobile is open to JS Bank customers with an active account. JS Bank says you register inside the app using your account details, after downloading it from an official app store. One login covers both the app and JS Internet Banking on the web.

Before you start, make sure three things are in order:

  • Active account: a dormant account needs reactivating at your branch first.
  • Registered mobile number: the bank's one time codes go only to the number on its record. Update it at the branch if you have changed SIMs.
  • Official app: install JS Mobile only from the Play Store or App Store, with JS Bank as the publisher. Never install a banking app from a link sent on WhatsApp.

JS Bank publishes its registration steps as a video tutorial on the JS Mobile page, alongside videos on blocking a debit card and paying bills. Its written FAQ says to follow the on-screen instructions with your account details. The general order below matches how Pakistani bank apps now register customers.

  1. Download JS Mobile from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
  2. Open the app and choose to register as a new user.
  3. Enter the account or card details the app asks for, with your CNIC.
  4. Type the one time code sent to your registered mobile number.
  5. Create your username and password.
  6. Complete any identity check the app asks for on a new phone, then wait for any security pause to end before sending money.

That last pause is a State Bank of Pakistan safety rule for new devices, not a fault. Our page on the 2 hour wait on a new phone explains it.

What you can do in JS Mobile

JS Mobile lets you check balances and transaction history, send money through Raast and interbank transfer, pay utility bills and credit card bills, pay by QR code, and manage or activate your debit card. JS Bank says the app is available 24 hours a day.

The bank lists these features on its JS Mobile page:

FeatureWhat it means

Utility and credit card billsPay bills from your account
QR paymentsScan a shop's QR code to pay

JS Mobile fees in the 2026 schedule of charges

JS Bank's July to December 2026 schedule of charges lists mobile banking, internet banking registration, Raast, e-statements and utility bill payments as free. Interbank transfers cost nothing up to Rs 25,000 a month per account, then 0.1 per cent or Rs 200, whichever is lower.

Here is what the IBFT rule means in practice. Send Rs 20,000 to another bank in a month and you pay nothing. Send Rs 100,000 more in the same month and the charge is 0.1 per cent, or Rs 100, on that transfer. Any single transfer above Rs 200,000 is capped at Rs 200.

Raast is free with no monthly cap in the schedule, so it is the cheaper way to send larger amounts to another bank. Our IBFT charges guide compares the rule across banks.

Staying safe on JS Mobile

The safest JS Mobile habits are simple: install it only from an official store, never share your password or one time codes, keep your daily limits low, and block your card in the app the moment it goes missing. JS Bank staff will not ask for your PIN or OTP.

Scammers often call pretending to be bank staff and ask you to "verify" a code. A real bank does not need your code to fix anything. Hang up and call the number on the back of your card yourself.

Review the phones linked to your account from time to time, and remove any you no longer use. Our guide to checking linked devices and limits walks through this.

JS Bank helpline and complaints

JS Bank's call centre is 021-111-654-321, also reachable as 051-111-654-321, and it is open 24 hours. Use it to block a card, get help with JS Mobile or report a payment you did not make. Keep the complaint number the bank gives you.

If the bank does not resolve your complaint, take it to the State Bank through the SBP Sunwai portal. For fraud, call the bank first, then follow our guide on mobile banking fraud complaints.
