Send Money to Easypaisa From Abroad: Which Apps Deliver, Plus SadaPay and NayaPay (2026 List)
Remitly and Taptap Send pay into Easypaisa from abroad; Remitly also reaches SadaPay and NayaPay. See which apps deliver, the limits and how to upgrade first.

You can send money from abroad straight into an Easypaisa wallet with Remitly or Taptap Send, and into SadaPay or NayaPay with Remitly. Western Union and Wise did not list any Pakistani wallet when we checked them. Easypaisa's own help pages confirm the account can receive remittances from countries such as the UK, the US and Australia, but cannot make payments abroad.
The sending app is only half the job. The other half is the receiving wallet's limit, which can bounce a transfer if the account has not been upgraded. Below is which app pays into which wallet, how to raise the receiving limit, and what to do if the money does not arrive.
Which apps send money to Easypaisa, SadaPay and NayaPay
On 2 November 2026, Remitly listed Easypaisa, JazzCash, UPaisa, SadaPay and NayaPay as wallet partners in Pakistan. Taptap Send listed Easypaisa and JazzCash. Western Union and Wise, on our earlier checks of their own pages, showed no Pakistani wallet as a payout option.
| Sending service | Easypaisa | JazzCash | SadaPay | NayaPay |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Remitly | Yes | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Taptap Send | Yes | Yes | Not listed | Not listed |
| Western Union | Not listed | Not listed | Not listed | Not listed |
| Wise | Not listed | Not listed | Not listed | Not listed |

"Not listed" means the wallet was not on that service's own Pakistan list when checked, not that a transfer is impossible by another route. A sender using Western Union or Wise can still pay into a bank account, and the family can move it to the wallet afterwards. The full Western Union options are in receiving Western Union money in Pakistan.
Easypaisa receives remittances, but its limits depend on your account level
Easypaisa says on its own help pages that an account can receive remittances from other countries, such as the UK, the US and Australia. It also says the account cannot make international payments. How much it can receive in a day, month or year depends on the account level.
An account that has not been upgraded sits at a lower level, with lower limits. Easypaisa's help pages say you raise the receiving limit by verifying the account in the app with a fingerprint scan. Once upgraded, the daily, monthly and yearly receiving limits all go up.
Ask the person in Pakistan to check their level before you send. If they cannot upgrade, send to a bank account instead. The State Bank's limits for Asaan accounts, including the remittance account that allows more, are in Asaan account limits, and the JazzCash version is in receiving remittance in a JazzCash wallet.
How to upgrade an Easypaisa account to receive more
Easypaisa's help pages give the upgrade steps in the app: open your profile, go to Account Level, choose Upgrade your Account, scan both hands and fill in your details. It is the same step for sending, receiving, daily, monthly and yearly limits.
- Open the Easypaisa app on the phone registered to the account.
- Tap your profile picture.
- Tap Account Level, then Upgrade your Account.
- Scan your left and right hand when the app asks.
- Fill in the details it asks for and tap Upgrade.
- Once the new level shows, tell the sender abroad it is safe to send the larger amount.

If the app asks for a one time code that never arrives, the fixes are in Easypaisa OTP not received. Easypaisa's own charges for moving the money on, to a bank or by cash out, are in JazzCash and Easypaisa charges.
SadaPay and NayaPay also take money from abroad
SadaPay's website says its users can accept international transfers "from anywhere in the world" and get an IBAN when they open an account. NayaPay's website says you can receive international transfers directly into the wallet through "70+ Global Remittance Partners". Remitly lists both.
SadaPay also lets Pakistanis abroad open an account themselves with an international mobile number and a NICOP or Pakistan Origin Card, its site says. That can suit someone who wants to hold money in Pakistan in their own name. How the money in these two apps is protected is set out in whether SadaPay and NayaPay money is safe.
Both have monthly limits that rise after biometric verification, listed in SadaPay limits and charges and NayaPay limits and charges.
| Wallet | What its own site says about money from abroad |
|---|---|
| Easypaisa | Can receive remittances from the UK, US, Australia and others; cannot make international payments |
| SadaPay | Accepts international transfers; gives an IBAN on opening; overseas sign up with NICOP or POC |
| NayaPay | Receives international transfers through 70+ global remittance partners |

What to do if money sent to a wallet does not arrive
Start with the sending app's tracking. If it shows the transfer as paid out, the person in Pakistan should complain to Easypaisa, SadaPay or NayaPay with the reference number. If it shows as failed, the usual cause is a limit, a wrong number or a name that does not match.
What happens to a failed transfer, and how fast the money goes back, depends on the sending service, so check its app. The complaint route through the wallet, then the State Bank, is in money sent to Pakistan has not arrived. For step by step sending, see Remitly to Pakistan and Taptap Send to Pakistan.
Common questions
Can I send money to Easypaisa from the UK?
Yes. Remitly and Taptap Send both list Easypaisa as a wallet option for Pakistan, and Easypaisa says its accounts can receive remittances from the UK.
Can Western Union send to Easypaisa?
Western Union's Pakistan list showed no mobile wallet when we checked it in October 2026. Send to a bank account or use a service that lists Easypaisa.
Can SadaPay receive money from abroad?
Yes. SadaPay says its users can accept international transfers and get an IBAN on opening. Remitly lists SadaPay as a partner.
Can NayaPay receive international transfers?
Yes. NayaPay says it receives international transfers through more than 70 remittance partners, and Remitly lists it.
Why did a transfer to Easypaisa fail?
Usually because the account reached its receiving limit for its level, or the number or name was wrong. Upgrading the account with a fingerprint scan raises the limit.
Can I pay for things abroad with Easypaisa?
No. Easypaisa says its accounts operate only in Pakistan and cannot make international payments. They can only receive from abroad.
How we verified this
What we checked, where we read it, and what we could not confirm.
We read Easypaisa's help pages and payments page, SadaPay's and NayaPay's websites, Remitly's UK Pakistan page and Taptap Send's Pakistan page on 2 November 2026. The Western Union and Wise findings come from our own checks of their Pakistan pages in September and October 2026. We did not test a transfer, and none of these sites published exact wallet receiving limits by level that we could read.
