How to get Ufone call history with U-Log
U-Log works by SMS on any phone, from a basic keypad set to a smartphone. You do not need Wi-Fi or mobile data. You need a Ufone SIM and enough balance for the first charge.
- Open your SMS app and write SUB.
- Send it to 3232.
- Ufone sends a confirmation message. Reply Y to it.
- Ufone sends you a 4-digit password.
- Your detailed call and SMS log then arrives by text message from Ufone.
Ufone says a new 4-digit password is given each time you send a request. Keep the messages until you have copied what you need, because they are your only record.
Ufone U-Log charges for prepaid and postpaid
U-Log is a recurring service. Ufone keeps charging until you unsubscribe, so it is not a one-time fee.

On prepaid, four weeks cost Rs 10 plus tax, about the same as one postpaid month. Ufone states its charges exclude tax, and the tax is added on top. If your balance is empty, Ufone says you cannot subscribe.
What Ufone call history shows and what it does not
U-Log gives call detail records, often called CDRs, for the number that is subscribed. A CDR lists the calls and SMS on your number. Ufone's page does not list every field it sends, so we cannot promise it shows each call's length or cost.

You cannot get the call history of a friend, spouse or employee through U-Log. Records of another person's number are released only to that person, or through a legal process such as a court order. Any website or app that promises another person's Ufone call history for a fee is a scam.
When a call log helps
Most people ask for call history for one of four reasons. A balance or bill looks too high and you want to see which calls used it. You need proof that you called a bank, landlord or employer on a certain day. You want to find a number you called but did not save. Or you want to see if a paid service has been sending you messages. In each case, save the U-Log messages or copy them into a note before you delete anything, and write down the date you received them.
How to stop U-Log charges
Once you have your records, stop the service so the weekly charge ends. Ufone gives a separate number for this.
- Write UNSUB in a new SMS.
- Send it to 7171.
- Wait for Ufone's confirmation message.
- Check your balance after a week to make sure no new U-Log charge appeared.
