You don’t have to carry multiple cards or cash, now you just have to add your cards in your phone while using google wallet app and use your phone to pay at stores, restaurants, or online via NFC. Official Launch Details
Google Wallet official launch in Pakistan is on March 12th, through a special event hosted by Visa Pakistan. Many Pakistani banks have already partnered to support Google Wallet with their online payment systems, so you’re good to go from day one.
How to Set Up Google Wallet in Pakistan
Setting up Google Wallet is straightforward and simple:
- Download the App from Google Play Store or App Store
- Open the app and Tap Add to Wallet
- Choose option to add Card:
- Press Add Credit or Debit Card
- Add your card Number, Issuance date, CVC, and billing address.
- Verify Card with your Bank with OTP
- Start Using
Note: To pay via google wallet, your phone should have NFC enabled. Otherwise google wallet will not work on your Phone. Only NFC Compatible Phone can pay via Google Wallet
